Loving yourself is practically stigmatized in our society, isn’t it?
I mean really, “Don’t be cocky” or “Oh someone’s full of themselves huh?”
If you genuinely love yourself, you’re already doing more than some people are even capable of doing. Having love and respect for yourself means having the audacity to dream, and the discipline and devotion to transform. Self esteem is measured by a function of Ideal Self - Real Self. If your self esteem is through the roof, that means by way of self awareness and self love you, have transformed into what you think is wonderful.
And I personally think that is no small matter.
Loving yourself first is key.
I mean, really, what could be better?
